Gym Lessons
| K-6 It is important to stay active during our time at home, however we must also be safe! WARM UP! 1. Feet together, hands high in the sky touch the toes if you can! C-H-I-E-F-S! 2. Arms out, little circles forward! C-H-I-E-F-S! Backwards circles! C-H-I-E-F-S! 3. Big circles forward! C-H-I-E-F-S! Backwards circles! C-H-I-E-F-S! 4. Feet together hands by your sides, jumping jacks. Ready, begin! C-H-I-E-F-S! 5. On the ground, feet out, toes up, hands high in the sky, touch them if you can. C-H-I-E-F-S! 6. Art Lessons

K-2: (Video~ 3 min) Salt dough imprints Watch the short video first. Then use this recipe to make a small amount of salt dough.
Salt Dough -½ cup flour -¼ cup salt -¼ cup water
Mix flour and salt together in a bowl. Slowly add water and mix together. Stop when a tough doughy consistency is reached. Take dough out and knead for several minutes. Make imprints with dough. Let air dry overnight to harden.
